By installing our counter code and using our counters, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- A-A-A-Counters is in the initial phases of testing, and the service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees of service quality or uptime.
- During the initial testing phase, all counters are provided free of charge. You will be notified at the end of this phase via email, at which point the free usage of the service will be limited for some fonts.
- A-A-A-Counters reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
- Free counters may contain a line break (HTML: <BR>) and a small linked text- or image-based advertising message. Paid counters will not include advertising or line breaks.
- Statistical tracking is under development. When it becomes available, premium (paid) counters and trackers will provide tracking statistics.
- At the end of the initial testing phase, we will begin accepting upgrade requests at the rate of $1.00 per 10,000 hits. Payment terms will be made available at that time.
